Once we have collated the feedback from this round of public consultation and considered the responses received, we will prepare a detailed planning application for the project.

The project moves forward in measured stages. Each phase brings the truckstop closer to reality.

2025

Preparation of planning application: We would hope to submit the application as early as possible in 2026 for consideration by Dover District Council as the Local Planning Authority.

2026

Construction begins on site at Courtwood Interchange with full development work underway.

2027

Facilities open to drivers, offering secure parking and comprehensive welfare amenities nearby.
