Exceeding industry standards
The Group developed and operates Ashford International Truckstop (AIT), an award-winning facility that is the largest of its kind in Europe with 660 HGV spaces. It provides best-in-class facilities, including a 24/7 manned gatehouse, with site-wide CCTV monitoring 24/7, providing a safe and secure facility for drivers to use. The proposed facility would be based upon the successful AIT.

Driver welfare will be provided by a restaurant, a gym, bathrooms, showers, toilets and more. The proposed truckstop would be run by the AIT team.
The addition of new driver facilities on the A20 will ensure connections to the Port of Dover remain safe and efficient, supporting both the regional and national economy by allowing the freight and logistics sector to operate efficiently.
